| This is a great neighbourhood service shop. They are honest and have never tried to sell me repairs that are not needed and have frequently given me reasonable and cost effective options. I really like that they provide an assessment and cost estimate, and then when the service is complete, the bill is exactly what was quoted. A great team providing great service at a fair price. |

| After being run around at the dealership, Manny was able to solve my AC problem. It took longer than I hoped but Terry was very helpful with a loaner vehicle and stayed on quote after having to try multiple compressors. Overall very satisfied with the experience. |
