| For older cars or cars without warranty, this a really good shop to go to. They are pretty honest and accurate with their estimates. |

| Disappointed on recent service had requested my tires to be rotated as tires were due for rotation but my request was not done. Technician had said it wasn?t needed my tires are fairly new ones and I wanted to follow the schedule they had told me to. In the end felt like my concerns were not listened to. |

| Worst experience I?ve had with a shop. Confirmed 3 times 1 month before, 3 days before and the morning of that I would have my car back by a certain time. Made sure my car was dropped off right when they opened. When I called to check on the E.T.A of my vehicle 30 mins before I planned to pick it up, it was just being brought to the shop. No one could give me an explanation as to why this happened after it was confirmed three times that Iit would be out in plenty of time. The staff was very rude. Especially K.C at the desk. And the owner seemed not to care at all that I was disappointed.lNo explanation or apology offered. ?We must not have heard you? A very simple request that was confirmed not to be a problem, turned out to be a very big problem. This shop is disorganized and the staff is incapable. I would be embarrassed to work there. I will not be returning and will advise all friends and family to stay away(even tho the location is very convenient) |
